Juan Carlos Alfonso is a state lawyer (on leave of absence) with more than 30 years of experience in board secretaries, having performed these functions in more than a dozen boards in the public and private sector, in addition to his expertise in relations with the regulatory bodies of our country. The lawyer also has extensive experience in advising on corporate governance for the negotiation of contracts and the resolution of business conflicts.
He has served in recent years as general secretary on the boards of directors of some of the most recognized companies in this country such as Aena, ICEX, Correos and CESCE. Currently, he is Co-President of the Tourism Law section of ICAM as an expert in this sector.
