Grow with us
We are proud to say that 80% of our senior lawyers started their career at Ceca Magán Abogados and have grown with us, working directly with partners and learning from day one.
In recent years we have been expanding non-stop, and we plan to keep on doing it. As has always been the case, this requires professionals who love to practice law, who believe in teamwork and who strongly feel that the client comes first. Our style, #EstiloCeca has been forged from the very beginning thanks to the daily work of the people who make up the firm.
If you´d like to be considered as a candidate to join our firm, if you identify with our unique style and our values, we encourage you to be bold and show us your worth: send us your resume. We tell you a secret: We were recognized as the Best Firm in Talent Attraction in Spain in 2022 ( it must be for a good reason...)
It’s not just a job
We are a team, we are people and we like to imprint our unique style to our working days and to how we practice law. We like to be different, and we like our clients to know that we are different. We like to laugh when it is time to laugh and get serious when we must. We like to work, and we also enjoy finding time to play sports, have a drink with our colleagues and, needless to say, spend time with our family. In short, we like our lawyers to be happy, because that's what #EstiloCeca is all about.
In our last Working Environment Survey, 95% of our employees found Ceca Magán a good place to work and said they feel proud of belonging to the firm and believe that there is a very good working environment.
