CECA MAGÁN Abogados incorporates partners Jaime de San Román and Jacobo Ollero

CECA MAGÁN Abogados incorporates partners Jaime de San Román and Jacobo Ollero to the commercial area, as reported today by El Confidencial (only for subscribers of the media). They join the second area by turnover of the firm (according to the closing data of 2023). 

Both signings, prominent in the sector, join the partners of the Madrid office, José María Pastrana, Alejandro Alonso Dregi, José Carlos González and César Álvarez.

Jacobo Ollero joins with his team formed by lawyers Alejandra Marín, Joaquim Torres and Miguel García. He is a graduate of the Complutense University of Madrid and has extensive experience in advising Spanish and foreign companies on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law, as well as in contracting, restructuring and financing operations in the world of sports, especially for companies and soccer clubs. 

Ollero comments on his incorporation to CECA MAGÁN Abogados: "We are living in uncertain economic times, which means that law firms that are acting in a less traditional way are taking a certain advantage in many aspects. For me this has been the key aspect that has made us bet on the innovative #EstiloCeca in the sector. Jaime de San Román joins the firm as a partner, eager to contribute his experience and knowledge to the growth of the commercial area and to help the firm's collective effort. Jaime has been a partner at Clifford Chance and Uría Menéndez and specializes in financings and restructurings. He has also been a professor of Commercial Law at Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICADE. He firmly believes that "the most important thing to work as a lawyer is to learn something new every day and to like what you do." And he adds: "CECA MAGÁN has long demonstrated its firm will to grow with quality. The sector knows this and recognizes it. I look forward to helping in this exciting challenge."
