CECA MAGÁN Abogados and INERCO collaborate in the creation of the service #REPRESENTA, designed to offer solutions to companies that need to comply with extended producer responsibility obligations for packaging and packaging waste, as dictated by current regulations. Thus, companies that are not established in Spain to market packaged products can count on the legal security that CECA MAGÁN and INERCO offer, as well as technical support in the field of environmental law.

For her part, Esther Valdivia, INERCO's Environment Director, comments: "on the basis that any company established in another country that markets packaged products in Spain must designate a natural or legal person in Spanish territory as an authorized representative, we guarantee that companies comply with the packaging waste management obligations of the products they export and market in Spain".

Under current regulations, producers are directly responsible for the proper management of industrial and commercial packaging waste used by their products.
